This year, three physicists will receive the highest scientific award for their research into entangled quantum states. The laureates' experiments show that this phenomenon is not compatible with our classical conception of the world. As part of Leibniz AnsprechBAR. the Leibniz University Open Day on Saturday, Prof. Reinhard Werner will explain in layman's terms what this means and how experiments of such astonishing scope are possible. The event will be held in German.
